After the exporter's goods are produced, the inspector shall inspect the goods, and then take samples from the bulk goods for testing. After the test is qualified, a PR report shall be issued. Before shipment, the inspector shall supervise the loading and affix seals. After the products are qualified, a CoC certificate shall be issued.

The documents to be submitted are as follows:

1) CoC Application Form

2) Product name, product photo, customs code;

3) Packing list

4) Proforma invoice

5) FORMM Number

Route B refers to the multiple shipments of products in a year.

First, the exporter applies for PC, and the process of applying for PC is as follows:

1) PC application form;

2) Product name, product photo, customs code;

3) Qualified test report issued by a laboratory with ISO 17025 qualification;

4) Conduct system audit on the factory

The PC is valid for one year after it is received.

After the goods are produced, the factory applies for CoC as follows:

1) CoC application form;

2) Packing list;

3) Proforma invoice;

4) FORMM Number

After the materials are complete, the goods shall be inspected, sampled, tested and supervised at a certain rate. The rate shall not be less than 40%. CoC certificate shall be issued if the goods are qualified.

Route C, for frequent shipments in a year.

First, the factory applies for the license, and the application conditions are as follows:

1) There are at least 4 successful applications based on RouteB;

2) The factory is audited twice and qualified.

3) Qualified test report issued by a laboratory with ISO 17025 qualification;

The license is valid for one year.

After the goods are produced, the factory applies for CoC as follows:

5) CoC application form;

6) Packing list;

7) Proforma invoice;

8) FORMM Number

After the materials are complete, the goods shall be inspected and supervised at a certain rate at least twice a year.
